This product is excellent. I have an allergy to milk and have always struggled to find a quality Soya protein Isolate powder that doesn't taste disgusting.
I've purchased the Strawberry flavour and can definitely recommend it. I do a lot of Road cycling and Rock-Climbing and have been able to train much harder and more often, as I feel like I can recover faster with using the Isolate powder.
I recommend it to anyone, even if you aren't allergic to milk or lactose intolerant.

This product is very good. I am using it to help me lose weight. Due to illness and medication, I put on a lot of weight, which I have found hard to shed. The soya protein isolate seems to be helping, and I have found that I do not feel as tired as with other weight loss things I have tried. I have bought the unflavoured type, which takes a little getting used to, but may add a little something. Think I will try the strawberry next. Its easy to use and mixes up well. Very high in protein and low in carbs, I think its perfect for my needs. If you want a helping hand for weight loss on a high protein diet, then give this a go.

This is a great product. I bought this product primarily as a meal replacement to help me to lose weight as I had an accident last year and could not exercise and put on a bit of weight. I was looking for something that both was low carb and low fat. I bought the unflavoured ones and it taste fine, but I add a few drops of vanilla extract and it tastes great. I take a 60gm scoop with 400ml of water 3 times a day. It is very low carb and low fat and very high protein. I have found that since using this product my muscles feel less fatigued - I have to use crutches to get around and it use to really hurt the muscles in my arms - since using Pro-10 Soya Protein Isolate I have noticed that my muscles don't ache at all the way they did. I can get around on my crutches without having to stop every 10 minutes because my arms ache. I also use a trampette to exercise and this product gives me more energy, I can do around 20 minutes more exercise before I feel fatigued. I am not into body building I just like to keep fit and I am trying to lose some weight and this is the ideal product. I would recommend this to my friends as a supplement if they wanted to lose weight and tone up with exercise. I will definitely continue to use this product. The service at Pro-10.com is really good too. My order was delivered so quickly it took me by surprise, it was securely packaged. The soya protein itself comes in a sturdy resealable package - which is handy. A very good quality product, and great service too. Highly recommended!
