Drink plenty of water:

 

Ensuring you drink enough water is rule number one to boost energy levels naturally, as dehydration can really sap at your energy level and leave you feeling lethargic. Ensuring you drink 8 glasses of water a day, which is between 1.5 l and 2 l of water, and more if you are going to be doing heavy cardio.
