Quality

I have taken a few fat burners before but most have capsicum in and create a bad tummy but these don't, I get a nice energy and less appetite so I think its working.

I first took 2 tablets to start off before going to work, then 3 before my workout on a separate!

I was doing legs that, it gave me a huge amount of energy, it pushed me to do supersets

I felt that the capsules had work with energy, because I am at my bulking phase I wouldn't see changes in leanness! I wouldn't say no to buying these while I'm on my cutting/shredding phase 4/5
